DT-033 Daily Thoughts – Sound Affects

Todays reflections are about: Sound Affects Lets take this one step further, and look at the fact that independent from language, just the sound alone, say classic music, will generate similar feelings in us, wether we are american, chinese or european. In other words, human beings are reacting to the same sounds in similar ways. Isnt this worth a moment of meditation and reflection? In order to prove that idea in some other way, I used Google today and looked for statistics about the best democracies in the world. After a while, I found one and it is called the Economists Intelligence Units Index of Democracy 2008. It lists the world best democracies based on 60 some criteriae. DT-032 Daily Thoughts – No Video?

Todays reflections are about: No Video? … It really blows my mind. Why are we so resistant to change our mindset? It appears to me that we, collectively speaking, are waiting until someone official shows up, a high ranking person from the political arena for instance, someone with a lot of titles and status symbols and then and only then we would start to actually listen and allow our thinking process to get in gear, no matter if this official person is a complete failure and corrupt ignorant on the personal side. Title and status symbols thats all it takes to impress us. My Daily Thoughts sessions are not supposed to entertain you. Otherwise I would embed them in an overwhelming amount of beautifully created pictures, sounds and scenes. My goal is to offer you some kind of gateway for becoming reflective for yourself, to think about whats really important in life, and to seek the truth for yourself. Todays reflections are about: Unimaginable Events … I give the cyber attack the greatest chance to happen, because if successful and disguised as an outside act of terrorism, will lead to what the powers have always seeked, the control of the last remaining outpost of freedom and democracy. The Internet. Todays reflections are about: The Day Democracy Died. As for myself, I have to say I can not remember for my time in this life that I have ever seen a true democracy at work, anywhere in this world. Surprised? I hope not. I rather hope that it is as evident to you as it is for me, that as long as money, power and control can influence people, there wont be true democracy. Well some would say this is not new and that money, power and control always played the major role in politics. Thats right it always played the major role – however to a different degree. What before where county-, state- and countrywide issues are now continent- and worldwide issues.
